Having lost the original identity the car must be IVA’d before it can be registered and driven on the UK road. With things like spinners, snap exhausts and toggle switches, never mind all the sharp edges there is no way one of these cars would pass IVA.
I know a while back there were examples of people buying up old Duttons and illegally using their identity on other cars, is this any different?
