Just had a read of earlier posts in this thread. A couple of comments:
1. You don't need a indicator for dipped beam.
2. One of my IVA fails was the brake fluid label. I've now made on up as per the spec. I'll let you know if its OK later....
3. Filler cap requirement has changed again. It now does not have to be the ignition key, just the key not removable when unlocked.
