Thats the one. Yes the manufacturer does not think the SVA check is required but would rather be sure that it is covered incase by the time it is finished it has changed, also to ensure I understand the rules sufficiently not to do something which changes that theory.
Also in my experience every person reads the rules differently and whilst it might not have needed an SVAin the past that is no hard and fast guarantee it will not in the future.
