Radiator now at the stage where it has to be repaired or replaced. Had a fantastic 2 day New Year break up in Inverness - 860 mile round trip - no problems with the weather, no snow or ice on the roads despite the temps hovering a few degrees either side of freezing. Driving at sensible speeds managed nearly 28 mpg overall - very happy with that.
Only problem (well minor irritation really) was having to top up the cooloing system with about 1 Litre every 200 miles. So as soon as the weather warms up enough the radiator is coming out and I will have a slightly higher capacity one made in ally.
