Glad to hear you've got some mileage on it without blowing it up
If you want a rad that will go in without changing brackets or pipes etc.. Chris uses a higher capacity one on the 3.0L cars, think there's one in stock at the moment too. Its not ally, but should last quite a while, where did your original come from?
