Modern style 250SWB/GTO
Hi there to all,
What do you get when you mix two of Tributes most popular models, the MX250 and the 250SWB?
You get a 250 Engineering Squalo.

At first, the project was called Moderna, a sort-of mashup of "Modena" and "modern." But, in the wake of that worldwide pandemic people have been talking so much about, Moderna is now pretty much known as a vaccine for coronavirus. So they changed the name: "Squalo." Italian for "shark." . A much better idea.
I am sure you could easily modify the Tribute SWB to look very similar to the Squalo if you wanted something similar. Who will be the first to try.

Very nice, I wonder what it would look like in convertible form?
I just happen to have an unstarted one lurking in the back garden, I even have enough paint left over in the correct colour!

It might be a bit cheeky to build one and get it on the road before the GTO version which isn't due until 2023 !

Is it me or does this look less SWB and more Tribute ? The wheels look pretty cool too, plenty of 18's out their to choose from, even straight from the BMW parts bin !

could without the bonnet vents and the Zagato roofline.
It makes it a little overdone.
