Yep, I'm with you on that one. At my age I can't be doing with squeezing my butt into a tiny, rock hard racing seat. It's comfort all the way for me.
I'll be bonding my side panels inside the top edge too for the following reasons:1/ it's a good idea; 2/ I thought that's how they were supposed to be fitted anyway and was blissfully ignorant that there was any other way to do it.
BTW, the MGB seat frame is angled as standard, the back of the squab pretty much touches the floor while the front rises up about four inches giving a really comfortable angle. So long as I can get them to fit I'll be well happy with them.
