Welcome back. It is great to know you are continuing with your build as I and probably many of your followers on the thread were disappointed to see your posts cease. I look forward to seeing how your build progresses. Good luck.

G-46s are becoming like buses...
None for ages, then two come along at once.
Jokes aside, look forward to seeing some more build photos.
( Feel free to throw in a few of the house & garage too. )
Good luck, Paul.

I have to be careful of showing you my garage, if I told you it was bigger than my house! and that's true you might think I am boasting.
My wife still can't believe it, so my garage is actually big enough to have my office and a 2 bedroom flat above it so no problem when she kicks me out!

I really liked your old 3 bay garage.
So would love to see the new "super sized" one.

Not sure if these phots will appear or not very proud of myself being able to do this all by myself, building cars houses and garages is easy by comparison.
Couple of photos showing the car being covering on the trailer where it has spent the last year being repositioned on site avoid excavations materials etc etc.
Photo showing the car from the mezz level of the barn I am converting into my garage and office.
and an external shot of the barn (for Paul) showing the construction to date. The barn is a concrete portal frame which I am trying to make into a Sussex Barn, bit like making the G46 look like a Ferrari!!!!!!!!
Hope this does not upset to many car builders who have done sterling jobs from the front of their houses and or sheds in the woods those two in particular are great cars
now you can understand why the G46 had to go on the back burner for a while.

I'm lovin' the barn.
The way I look at it, it doesn't really matter how long the build takes if you can actually finish it.
There are plenty of us on here past the 4 or 5 year mark and still chipping away.
Good luck, Paul.

We're selling our G46 V8 MK1
With a heavy heart……. it looks like we’ve run our road with this one. We really wanted to finish our G46 but unfortunately my farther and I have decided to sell the G46-V8-MK1, we have far too many projects on at the moment and work for both of us has gone through the roof.
We really want to see the car go to an enthusiast who is going to get it finished and on the road. We feel we were onto something really special with all the adjustments we made and hope there is someone with a similar vision who can get it done. With the wealth of eccentric experts on here it seems like the best place to start to find a buyer.
Please tell your all your friends who are jealous of your G46 or Sammio builds and help us drum up some interest. Feel free to poke back through the thread “G46 V8 MK1” for any info you might need. Were also happy to answer any questions people might have, if you fancy a nibble let us know
Photos and eBay advert links to follow in the next few days.

Charman.tech – Sorry to hear that you will not get a chance to finish the build.
But there is a good chance that someone else will be able to finish off your good work.
( Both Lancelot Link & Micky1mo have rescued unfinished kits in the past. )
So good luck with the sale, Paul.

Good luck with the sale.
Always tricky to sell an unfinished project that is also rare/unusual.
So if Ebay doesn't get a result, perhaps you could contact Gary (original Sammio) or Mike (new Sammio) to see if either of them want to take it on.
Cheers, Paul.
