Nice, not the cheapest, but presumably much better than the "normal" ones which rust very quickly.

Just got delivery today thought they came as a pair but checking the advert it is for just 1 but looking at the quality just ordered another 1 must admit I never noticed the pins on your car must be the sign of the good fit. Trev

Thanks. I like the flush mount of them on the bonnet.

When you do fit them you need to ensure the bonnet us pushed up a little so that when you press the pin the bonnet pops up otherwise when you stop pushing the catch engages again.

The other option, which I use, is to use the engine vent as a handle to lift the bonnet up when you are pushing the pins.

Thanks for that info this is what the forum is about passing on good tips. It will be be 2 to 3 months before I get round to fitting them. The bonnet is currently off the car being flatted and prepped. Thanks again. Trev
