Default Rear refelectors for MOT

So my Mx250 is not far off now ready for the MOT however I have a question about rear reflectors. I’ve attached 2 pictures the first being with just my lights and the second is with 2 stick on reflectors. My question is do I need to have reflectors as per first pic or do I need them and if I do will the stick on reflectors be ok in the positions they would be ? PS didn’t stick them down just taped them down for the picture as an idea. Thanks

Most lights nowadays have reflectors built in so it's not something MOT testers look for. You could have them in the glove box ready to stick on if they pick it up.
However, a pair of reflectors could save you from having someone drive into it on a dark night.

My reverse and fog lights have a reflective cover however one is white and one is red and I believe it has to be red on both sides. Might not stick them on and if they say anything I’ll just put them on their and then

2 rear red reflectors are mandatory for MOT (position isn’t specified for cars) - rear white reflectors are a fail.
