aero windscreen iva rules

I have a robin hood which I want to fit aero screens to, do I need wipers demister or washers to pass iva test or is this not applicable with aero screens? can anybody help??????

If the windsheild can fold flat you dont need washers wipers ir demisters. Best to present the car fo testing without anything fitted. The glass in aeroscreens is normally not kite marked and will fail.

Good point that Martin, I am pleased you mentioned that fact. Is there a place to buy the glass with the kite Mark. I want to build a 1930's style self build kit car and want the double aero windscreens fitted.
I want to build a car that is based around the ROWFANT SCAMP 4x4 kit car but I will be using the Discovery chassis for my project.
