Type-R Engines

I'm on the look-out for a Type-R engine for my 5exi.

Does anybody know if a JDM engine would be a problem? As far as I can tell the main difference is that it has a LSD (and 20 extra horses

). Will the LSD be a problem, or is it just something hidden away in an indentical looking gearbox?

Does anybody know about this sort of thing?
