Default Lamborghini Murcielago Build

Hi all this is my build i only started it February 2010 so this is how far i am the kit is built on a Toyota MR2 turbo

5 Months into this is how far i got

Ingraved plate

Front view

Replica disks and calipers i made

The custom dash


I sent the dash off to be carbon fiber dipped
This is the top of the dash

The air vents all different carbon fiber

Exhausts fitted bit of a job fitting these

More parts carbon fibered the steering column

The dash


Seat bealt housing fitted


The air vent painted and fitted


The engine cover fitted

Well have been busy trying to get the front section finished will be a week at it to get it 100% perfect a good bit of sanding left
I had to put in a whole new section as the previous owner decided to cut it all away :angryfire:

Put in the front slam panel cut this out to fit then fiberglass it


A layer of filler to get it 100%

The fake calipers re-stickered with Lambo stickers and re-lacquered

The brackets on the rear of the caliper i sprayed them with heat resistant paint

The disk sprayed with heat resistant paint just waiting to finish the middle insert and spray that black

Very nice - But why have you painted the discs? Even if it is heat resistant, The first time you hit the brakes the pad friction will strip the paint of the face of the disc...

There fake caliper and disks they dont work there only there for show

Well have been busy and freezing with the cold

Sheeting into the front of the car to block off the front compartment

Lots od sanding and the gas struts all put back together

Expandable foam all filled the front wings there solid now


The middle section being covered up

My new tool box girlfriend baught me for Christmas






Lots of sanding going on





The fuel cap & engine cover cables all run and working perfect just have to mount my new levers

Made the template for the roof lining and it has been sent off to be leathered in black with white diamond stitching the same as the seats are going to be done should look the bomb

Got the sheeting cut out for the turbo intercooler housing that will feed air from the side skirt up into the intercooler all metal sealed with under seal

Looking up from the ground into the tunnel

All sealed



Got some mesh for the side skirts

Hi i have been contemplating changing the bulk head as i wasn't happy with the flock so i used filler and im going to smoothen out the back bulk head i think it would look much better
