Yup a £35 carport!

Turns out to run 4x100 to 5x100 adapters you have to take one stud out of the hub and replace with a longer one that runs through the adapter into the alloy. I'm annoyed as I really like the rear wheels I found cheap.

The rear kinda reminds me of first gen camero

I was looking for 50mm spacers for my rears and was struggling to find some. One of the guys pointed me in the direction of freakyparts. Anyway, they have their own machinist, maybe if you gave them a shout and told them what you are looking for they could make some for you.

Did you get fronts to match the rears?

Looking good, you must be really pleased with how quickly the build is progressing.

I'm sure seeing it in one colour helps with motivation.

Good luck, Paul.

Yep just watch who you buy off on aliexpress, dhgate etc as there are some rogue sellers. Consider these sites as similar to amazon if your not familiar

Ive been using aliexpress for years and never had a problem. It has buyer protection so when/if your item doesnt arrive you get a full refund. Ive even had fefunds then orders arrive after! Its great!

What wheels did you go for in the end? Offsets etc? :-)

Also what's your plan for things like rear fog lights, reverse lights etc? Or do the light units you have have those?

Also: looks great in colour! Is it metallic or a flat gloss black?

Yea....I'm had having to rethink wheels, as I can't get any firms interested in adapting my hubs for the 5x100 rear wheels I got (really liked them as well)

The light units have turn signals, reverse just under the brake lights so I'm just going to cut some smaller holes for them and flush some lenses cut from the old Mazda units ( not sure if that's cough cough legal but whatever)

Its just gloss black

Great photography huh?

Well all wiring done and was fairly easy considering i have never done any before

New wheels come tomorrow to replace the 17x10 I decided not to fit

Meaning that these can go to a new home if anyone's interested, around £120 ish
