Air Intake
I'm sure I've seen a thread about the air intake with the M50 E36 engine cos it sticks out the side of the car in standard trim. I can't find the original post but heres the solution Vindicator have created for mine.
basically they've unplugged the intake and swapped it round whilst cutting it down slightly. The net effect is that it fits, it's pointing backwards but the cross section is unchanged so airflow should be unaffected...
Pic attached I hope - if anyone wants a better version that hasn't been shrunk to fir lemme know.
