Can anyone verify if these car rental places are good?

Hey all (first post on this forum!).

I'm really into kit cars and super excited to join this forum and get active in the community.

I realize this topic may be a little irrelevant but maybe you could help me I don't know. My wife and I are going over to the US in a few months (from New Zealand), and we looking for the best place to buy a used car

I found this link on google (see below) that seems pretty good but I was wondering if anyone could vouch for it or provide their own recommendation
