Default Front bumpers iva

Does anyone know if the front bumpers should start beyond the line of the front wheels for iva?

I've looked through this IVA manual https://www.gov.uk/government/upload...ion_manual.pdf and searched for "bumper". There does not seem to be any requirements about its position...

Default Bumpers

It wud be strange to assume that the wheels hit something first, with the bumpers lying inside of this

Well if you have cycle wings , see these photos http://www.marlinownersclub.com/wppg...lery/gallery7/

Seems OK to run someone over as long as you don't hit them with anything sharp.
