Default Llandow track day this Saturday - 24th July

A friend of mine is organising a track day this Saturday at Llandow, nr Cardiff, Wales.

It's £80 for the day, and once the early sessions are over (sighting laps, basically), it's an open pit day.

All car types are welcome, and there will be plenty of track time on offer.

If you'd like to join the fun, I can be contacted at the following email address:

Damn, didn't see that message until it was too late... might have been up for a trip to Llandow. Like the video - is that a speedo or tacho in your dash centre that doesn't seem to work?

Speedo... signal converter decided to play up, so I unplugged it, with a view to sorting it after the event....

Kinda funny you responded, as I was going to ask you for the wiring diagram for the converter you made.

The converters I used (I used one for tacho and one for speed), I got from here
The exchange rate's not so good now - mine cost me less than £20 each I think and now they're more like £30. Delivery from Australia (!) was less than a week iirc. Assembly was straightforward (as long as your soldering is OK) and the instructions were good. They've been trouble free. Just got around to tweaking the speedo the other day finally to set it up properly versus GPS (was about 10% low). I bought their recommended boxes but either they sent the wrong one or their recommendation wasn't too good - it didn't fit. A trip to Maplins sorted that.

There are similar things available in the UK but they all seemed more expensive and less versatile - this one lets you go 0% to 100% change in either direction.
