Default Which 7" round headlights provide most light?

I'm looking for a set of Cibie Iode or Biode headlights or the Carello or Marchal equivalents. As they're as rare as hens teeth I'm wondering which new 7"headlights will provide most light.
I remember back in the day that Wipac Quadoptics were very good and are still available. I've noticed ones with complex reflectors and plain flat glass and wonder if anyone has good experience with them or can suggest something better?

They're good looking lights but I'm after something that looks more traditional.
