Default Enjoyed my drive today

Nothing to do with the G46 but my drive to work today was from Southampton tom Peterborough, meetings all day and then drive back.

The journey is basically M3, M25, A1M so not exactly great driving roads. I left the house at 7am this morning and was about to get in the Merc when I changed my mind and took the TVR instead.

How glad am I that I did!

350 mile round trip. Top down the whole way. Ton up most of the way. Smiles, happiness and thumbs up from other traffic even in the only traffic jam I got caught in (M25 between the M40 and M3 on the return trip).

Anyway, Just thought I would share. I know the 26 year old Wedge counts as a modern car to you lot but I was pleased that it was faultless the whole way.

That should assist my motorway cop colleagues with their enquiries...

Unless of course, you're referring to 100 kph?

Anyway, glad you enjoyed your trip to the hub of the East Midlands.

'ton up' - surely you recognised my reference to the light weight nature of the car...

Keeping with the flow of the traffic officer

I was amazed how clear the roads were. The only part I had to slow for was the one section of M25 on the way back. The rest of the way was done at 100kph as you so correctly noticed ;-)
