Good luck, Paul.

Hi Razmataz. You are certainly cracking on. I know the problems regarding working outside, my last 4 weeks or so have been almost progress-less due to weather. Any way, keep up the good work, interested in how the rear lights will work out, and if you don't mind I will be stealing your Halfords trim idea for the headlight covers.

Hmmmm any solution for this, bulkhead in the way of headlights with or without their bowl. About 3 inches out? What did people do here? Persuasion with a lump hammer? Angle grinder? Am I allowed to alter this section? Please help!

Hi. What I did was cut the back of the headlight bowl off. Also a little bit of angle grinding(but be careful it is classed as chassis modification)

Thanks for the rapid reply, did you take pics of that part of your build drum? Would bashing it in be an acceptable solution :0

Sorry no picks.
Only had to cut back third off of the plastic bowl.
The back of the bowl doesn't really serve much of a purpose . Just trail and error really, cut a bit, try a fit, cut a bit and so on.
It will fit.

How much did you angle grind off the chassis?

Hmm as they were designed for 4x100 vw, won't they be for bolts rather than studs? From the hub side?

Mate the lights look great! I'm genuinely shocked, they look perfect for it.
