Apart from the black one you mentioned (bonnet filled in and 3.2 M roadster), I have built another coupe, mattblack now that will be painted soon

Hi Jeff, mine is definitely a cream gel coat (not white), but will be painted cream next year. It's 'resting' at the moment in a friend's garage. Unfortunately another project is on the horizon which may well delay it even more....

Hi Jeff,

Page 2 of the "Links to useful info for Tribute Builders..." sticky thread covers all the 250 SWB kits that I know about. (Posts #23, #24 & #25).

This includes photos of Mobilerobbie's matt black car.

I've also just added two more from your list above, but couldn't find a finished photo of Nubodi's Sterling Moss replica.
( Last update I saw said it was due out of paint in Jan.17. )

The only build you appear to be missing is for GazGavies, but that build thread hasn't been updated since June 2015.

Hope that helps, Paul.

I don't just post photos of clouds above Wembley you know.

PPS

Forgot to add that Nubodi also did a replica of Tribute's matt black with big wheels version.
( Photos in the sticky thread. )

So I think that makes 15 in total.

How many have been sold ? Chris is selling via ebay so there might be some we don't know about and many builders might not be using this forum.

Not using this forum?

The answers to all their questions are here. Whatever they are struggling with, the chances are one of us has been there and found a solution.

I remember back in the late 90's when I was an area sec for the Robin Hood Owners Club and Register ( RHOCAR ) we had over 2000 paid up members. I think at the club's peak we had around 20 active areas around the country. Even then new people would turn up having owned a Robin Hood for some time but had never been in the club. There was also a statistic about Robin Hood Engineering being in the top 20 of car manufacturers in the country at the time!
