Brilliant - who did the paint work Danny? I live near York so Hartlepool isn't too far to get a paint job.

I can vouch for the paint on the RS200 being a good job.

The contrast between the CLS, the Regal and the MX250 must make for interesting driving experiences!

Sounds like my truck driving through the rain to Exeter yesterday. Drifting into roundabouts like a banzai Jap on a youTube video ;-)

It's looking great. Same with the mirrors, only trial fitted but they don't show much.

Someone else fitted these to a Herald and had the same problem. So they got some convex glass replacements.

I have something similar fitted. After loads of trial fits all over the car they were completely useless anywhere I mounted them on the body, so I ended up making some alloy towers for them to sit on.
I now have some view to the side/rear, but the real issue is that they're just a bit small compared to what's provided by modern manufacturers these days. You wouldn't want a fecking great big door mirror on your 250 though, would you...

not a very good day, the bolts for the wheels spacers foul the back of the hub on the rear. looks like the hubs will have to come off and get drilled and tapped!

Sounds similar to what I had with my hub adaptors. I managed to get the head of the bolt shaved by a few mm and it fitted.
About halfway down this page : http://www.madabout-kitcars.com/foru...t=4253&page=10
I had about 10mm of bolt head and 10mm of angled shaft so 2-3mm removed didn't weaken the bolts
