Shame it doesn't list numbers held on SORN. Wouldn't that give a more accurate picture of potential donor numbers?

Hahaha i love it. I discovered a whole genre of "buffs" fans of 948s. Theyd be a bit miffed now to find out what i thought was an engine swap on mine (948 coupe with commisio. No Y9048) is very likely the original engine with a bizzarre stamped number (FE). One day I'll find out its rare like a misprinted stamp!.

Just an up-date.
After much "fu**ing" about the Sammio/Ribble moulds are now safe in the hand of Chris at Tribute.
The Spyder moulds just need abit of TLC and will go again.
These will now return to there original name and be reprojuced as the Sammio Spyder, so if you want one just PM me.
Unfortunately the Coridite moulds are just fit for scrap but they are still wanted so will be re-made as a SWB Sammio Spyder. These shoud be ready for Christmass!!!!
For now only the bodies will be avaliable and still at the old prices but I have an "old school" chassis builder who wants to get involved. He will build the cage frames so no more doggy welding and miss alined mounting holes. ie; the cage frame will fit as it should!!
In the future he wants to make a FIA approved cage-frame with built in roll-bar for track days.
So, if all things go right I should be selling a product that is good value, so the buyer do'nt feel they are geting ripped off.
Cheap and cheerfull is OK but value for money is better.
The web site will be constructed over the next few week and we are now looking for some "nice" photos.
Again watch this space

I'm sure a few existing builders would be happy to provide a testimonial to the vfm aspect of the kit, plus a few pictures of course to show what's possible with a bit of imagination.
Good luck.

There are some nice photos of finished Spyders in Posts #1, #7 & #11 of the "Useful info" sticky.
Good luck with sorting the moulds out, Paul.

Hello,
Out of intrest, because you own a lot of Vitesses;do you(or anyone else)
have spare parts of these cars.
I am from Holland and over here Vitesse and GT6 are very rare,so spares are expensive.
I am looking for the so called vertcallinks rh/lh (front suspension) for a new project.
If you or someone else can help me please let me know through this forum.

g 46
Hi
I saw a picture of the G46 discovered it was based on a single doner and tried to contact Ribble. Now I am starting to understand why I got no reply.
Is there anyone out there who is building one? I wait with interest to see if it will be possible to buy a kit in the future but I do want one!!

Tony - Welcome to the forum.
Below is a list of the G-46 builds that we know about (taken from the useful info thread).
http://www.madabout-kitcars.com/foru...50&postcount=8
Kit numbers 1 & 5 have been sold & there hasn't been an update on any of the other G46 builds in a while.
Hope that helps, Paul.

Hi Tony, the G-46 moulds are still in storage so will return in a much refined manor some time in the future, but don't hold you breath

I think mickymo is saying the moulds are in storage but will need a lot of work or even be remade before he can offer a body again
