He had a special photographer too though
Whereabouts are you based? I'm happy to do a few pics if you're near the Midlands

Feel free to take as much of my advert as you like, I won't be using it any time soon.
I can recommend Car Photographers pictures. Got one as my screen picture on the PC

Cheers, and it's not even a proper picture, if I'd had all my equipment and stuff it'd be in another league to that

yeah - can't really do it properly there though - as I'll be there in my kit car hopefully and won't have all my equipment with me - if you look at the sort of shots I've been doing you'll see what I mean - the recent ones are on a black background on the far right of the gallery page - http://www.paulward.net/portfolio/automotive-photography/#gallery[modal]/61/

Nice. Happy for you to use them as inspiration - obviously you're not actually using the pic itself so I don't have an issue with people drawing or painting from them

My faves are the straight on shot of a Merc where you use the lighting to catch detail. And the side on Ferarri where you catch the top edge. I love a bit of low key moody lighting.

Ahh not too far then, well if you fancy a short trip to Birmingham one day let me know, or there might be a good countryside location somewhere between us that we could use

Don't put the stripes and numbers on! I managed to pull lacquer off both my cob and P4 - one removing an old stripe the other removing a stick on number plate on the nose and that was stable paint - don't do it! (making my nerves bad just thinking about it!)

Looking great. Any chance of a video clip for the exhaust sound?
