My side panels already have louvres - they came that way from Mariln - so I hope they are OK for the SVA. Don't have any louvres in the bonnet though.

I have louvres on mine. I did read somewhere that they would need rubber strips putting on each one due to the sharp edge.

Perhaps we should ask Marlin on this subject? However I wouldn't have thought they would produce kits that would obviously fail the SVA. I will send an email to Terry.

I ordered mine with louvres but had an email from Terry today saying...

"Can't put those in until they have been fitted I'm afraid. A bit of a
nuisance I know."

Probably expalins why some of you have no louvres in yours, so far.

cheers

Peter

That's strange as my bonnet sides have louvers and they definitely haven't been fitted lol.

all of you.

It's easy to me.

As I collected my kit a long time ago explanation was as follow form Terry and Mark too:
The ones on the top of the bonnet can only be put in after you cut your bonnet in the correct size and have positioned the hinge in the middle. Then it will be taken off at Marlin factory to put the louvre in. Otherwise every mm that's located wrong will make the car horrible...

Mine were asked to have louvre at the sideplates but at collection they were not there.
"we don't know how your exhaust will come out" I have to come from the netherlands but am happy now because I still don't know where the exhaust will come out !!!

So the louvres can only be made if your car is ready !
