Hi Mike,

yes, there are some superb examples around. I'm collecting as many images as possible and plan to view some at shows before fixing on a particular style and colour scheme. ( Pauline tells me that it will be dictated by the red coloured hood but until I clean all the muck off it I won't know if it is usable).

The other big question is which engine and gearbox? The chassis is designed for Ford engines being a Sierra/Granada based car but I'm keen to see if a BMW engine will fit. I think an M30 might look good under the bonnet, but I have lots to do before finalising on the engine.

Malcolm Platts Nissan 280ZX straight 6 would look good under the bonnet - much more in keeping with the period look - and a very good engine by all accounts
