Just had a thought and the MG TF has 4pot calipars if you could find ones of these in a scrap yard you could use those calipars and I think they would fit straight onto the car.

you could fit wilwood dyna pro calipars 4 piston, they are a radical mount but marlin use these on the factory race car with sports disks, they are ok but i cant say how well they work as i haven't...
