What coolant are you using? One of the classic cars on wheeler dealers used a coolant that didn't have water in it which kept cool for higher temperatures plus a big more efficient radiator and fan...

Call me crazy but the sides and back look alot...

Call me crazy but the sides and back look alot like a vw camper. Possible opportunity to make a mold to make a small camper on to a beetle chassis. Just saying so tempting as they have stopped...

:neutral: would it not be easier to fit a mgb convertible window frame. they sit quite low. not bin watching your build long but comes ready shaped. have you got the suspension set up.
