I don't know of any kit manufacturer that doesn't, so...unless you know who the paint shop is, and have the relationship with them he has to get whatever preferential rates he may get.....go through...

Interested to know how much prep time before ready to go to paint? This a big resource cost with Tribute in terms of sorting alignment, resolving gap issues and just getting the body straight.
