Makes me glad I was ignorant of as this and just bought the wheels and got the hub adapters made from them.
I thought there were only two types so will watch with interest as you resolve this one

You might be able to use spacers to change the PCD. Basically you bolt the spacer to the hub and the wheel to the spacer.
Probably cheaper than hub adaptors but I am happy to be proved wrong as...
