Old Jock - I fully accept your point about a better way to do it.

But Car Photographer has already cut the panels out, so I'm just suggesting he simply refits them, but a bit recessed.

As for your build journal, don't worry about timescales, my build is approaching 4 years and that isn't the longest running build thread on here.
