I haven't been through the whole thread but either that door is on wrong or the panel gaps have got a whole lot worse recently!

Six more hours spent on the car today, and I’ve achieved one rear light , at least it works .
The next one should take less time .

Looking really good. I love the lip on the boot. Well done.
My wiring took a while and I thought I had checked and double checked and wrote things down and still got a couple of wires wrong. Fixed now but you do have to be patient.

My back end is almost on, I forgot how much fiddling , filling and Sanding it took, but progress is good . Hopefully exhaust will be on soon then I can move it and start the front.

Some progress today , the timing is still out though I think.
Had it all apart again today and all the timings marks seem to be good .
I’m stumped

It’s fixed (I think) well it starts at least.
Discovered , though I can’t believe I didn’t notice earlier, that the MAF sensor was missing. Bought a new one , fitted it, it woks.
Finally

Hi, the wheels are 16 inch with a 20 offset
9 on the rear and 7.5 on the front also have 30mm spacers .
Best thing is they came free with my donor I just rubbed them down and a coat of paint.

No, I don’t think it is. I bought it as a complete car MOT failure ( was rotten with rust) and have stripped everything off it what I need and transferring it too my mk2 .
I don’t know how many have been built , but I have owned 3 of them at some point ( built them) .

In normal times it takes around two weeks. At the present time with all that's been going on, it will to take longer. Depends how many are actually in and working, it wouldn't have been top priority work imo.
