Good luck with your project. The wheelbase of the MGF is only 64mm more than the Europa and body width is 3mm narrower so should be be a good donor I think.

been digging around the tin ter net and found this by a company call blaze,
a bit of before and after but very encouraging and one of the few that do use the mgf chases not just the parts off it.

Seems to work OK. Drop the Lotus bonnet line at the nose, add 3-4 inches into the Lotus belt line, lower the MG a bit.
Door shuts and side glass could be altered to use MGF shapes.

MGF wheelbase? 2380mm
Just a thought...

The dimensions look very good, the screen and driving position look very close to the 4C also. The big question is how would Alfa feel about it?

I'm sure they'd be delighted. Could end up with a horse's head on my pillow though...

East Coast Fibreglass are always helpful:
http://www.ecfibreglasssupplies.co.uk
Use more catalyst in your old resin and it should be fine. Do test piece to check first.
I will be posting your light covers out later this week.
