That looks really good Chris.
I'll pick your brains about a few bits on Monday.
Cheers, Bob.

Looking great. I am sure it will attract lots of attention at Stoneleigh and hopefully plenty of orders. Good luck.

Pah! He makes it look so goddam easy! Classy, interesting, understated. Or just a bit bloomin brilliant!
The quality of finish has come on leaps and bounds since the early stuff too

Looking good, think I'll hang on to my other Z3, even if I can't afford to do another kit reckon the value of decent Z3's will go up.

And those wheels fit perfectly under the arches, 10/10 as usual.

The 250's on the stand at Stoneleigh looked very good indeed -
Also discovered that the Rover 45 seats I bought will definitely fit the Z3 cockpit. These are Rover 75 seats (so a bit bigger) in a Kobra -
Surprising star of the show for me was Mr Christmas' A352 -
It constantly had a crowd round it and I hope it generates more orders for this underrated car.

Just got back, had a great day. Sorry I missed you MrT, I saw you car outside but of course, we don't know what each other looks like.
The A352 was stunning, one of the best cars in the show.
Chris brought up and fitted my grille, it improves the front no end.
Z3 is a good car to base a kit on, 6 hours driving today with no problems at all.
Cheers, Bob.

Sorry I missed you too Bob. Had a good look round your car anyway, I can't wait to see it in paint, but there were people commenting that they liked the 'shabby race car' look it already had while I was there.
My Spyder also performed faultlessly - 210 mile round trip including 30 mins stuck in a traffic jam near Coventry - without missing a beat.
Cross winds made it a bit hairy passing trucks on the way back, mind. They were swaying alarmingly and I was genuinely worried one was going to go over right in front of me. Made it home safe thankfully.
We must meet up and compare cars soon though.

I really hope that Chris took so many orders/deposits at the show that he didn't have to sell the car at all.

Just to let you know, my matt black 250SWB did 1100 miles in 3 days last weekend to and from the show.
Being a beamer it did not miss a beat...

It was great to see you, your wife and your car at the show. The beakers are great base cars and great for long distance trips like yours. I hope your exhaust was not as loud as ours!
Sorry I didn't get any pics of your SWB, look forward to seeing both cars in paint.

Have you seen this 250 GT Berlinetta replica built from a Volvo P1800 from the 60,s ?
It was built for the "Tower Heist" movie. Its not an exact replica but it doesn´t look bad. Personaly I like Tribute´s 250 better.
Who knows, but one day we might see one of Tribute´s cars in a movie ;-)
