Default What wheels / tyres

Suppose this is more a question for those on the road:

What tyres and wheel sizes are you running, and what do you think of the combination?

I'm currently running 205/60/R15's on 7J rims all round. They are Bridgestone RE720's. I've had next to no problems with grip and if your careful with the clutch it handles the power from the 2.8ltr M20 alright.

I'm looking for new tyres and the Yoko A048's seem interesting. However I've been warned they can be a little hard on the suspension components due to the high levels of grip! These is for 99% road usage with maybe the odd track day so I wouldn't be doing anything too silly.

I'd have a lot more choice with 16" wheels but I'd really like some from Image, but that would set me back over 1k before I buy the tyres!

Any other suggestions? (I've got a bit of an odd size that only family run abouts seem to use)
