Here are the photos of mine, http://www.msportster.co.uk/detail.asp?cat=13&offset=96 I've not got many from this process. As Peter said the tunnel is all one piece. I didn't cut mine I just laid and glued it. The material is quite good for complex shapes.





It's all once piece to the back, then then bit that goes left to right at the back laid over it.

Don't forget to cut holes for the belt before gluing down as doing it after is a pain (as I found out )

This bit was a right paint to get laid right:
