Hi, there is a chap here called Lumpy (username) that built a Kobra with a 2.8 supercharged motor.
He does frequent here from time to time.

Hi Dave,
Just saw his build thread now! Thanks for the info!
I'm gathering parts for a supercharger build at the moment and just wondering how any others may have gone about it.

Hope I was a little help Joe,
I think the Kobra is still around as I just missed purchasing a tonneau of the gentleman a month or so ago.

Just thought I'd put an update up of how the car is currently sitting...
The car is now at the body shop and hopefully it won't be too long before the car is returned to me again ready for me to install the new dash!

Thanks Dave! I've changed suspension, brakes and a few other bits before but nothing at this level. Hopefully all will go well and I will have a nice shiny car at the end!

There is a Tribute Automotive Owners group on Facebook. Mostly Kobras. It might be worthwhile asking there.

It's a Range Rover colour called Carpathian grey
It was just a quick picture to give an idea of what it will look like when it's finished!

Hi joe, awesome colour choice, you are really close to how I have seen mine being finished so really looking forward to see plenty of photos of this! Whilst here I just want to say how impressed I have been with your build, in time, quality and touches/thoughts. You have given me and no doubt others plenty to consider and inspiration during our builds.
Luv ya work!

Great colour choice, I know you have a black interior but one of my favourite colour combinations is gunmetal with a blood red interior. Jaguar used to offer this combo in the 60's and it always looked stunning.
The chrome bonnet trims are going to look stunning against the dark grey.
Exhaust really suits the car, good choice, can't wait to see the rear lights fitted.

Yes loving that dark grey - I am turn between a classic colour (even a flat one) or my fa e colour which would be very individual to me only (purple)
Only time and numerous arguments will tell

It's that time again! It's time for another update!
Here is how the car is currently looking!
It won't be long now before the car is completed! The final things that need doing is the boot lid installing on the car, the number plate lights need fixing in and then the whole car needs polishing for the final time before it's ready to come home.

Wow! That looks fantastic. The colour and paint finish really shows off the body curves.

+ 1 on the praise fella. That is a great colour and finish and unless i get swayed by any others I think Carpathian Grey may be the final colour of my 275Kit. Great to see you will be on the road for the loooong summer you guys need over there!
