How about a 'madabout' area at Stoneleigh?
I know there are owners clubs for some of the main kits that frequent this forum I.e. Marlin, who all go to Stoneleigh together, but there do seem to be a lot of "others" on here nowadays (Sammio, Ribble, Tribute, Miglia, a lot of Dinos, Countach's etc) who aren't and seeing as we all gossip during the year, I thought it may be nice if we all join up at least one a year as a not-a-club to point fingers and disagree with each other in person?
Thoughts? Opinions?

Stoneleigh is 5th and 6th May this year. I plan to be there and I would love to see both the Lambo and a silver Spyder.

Good idea. Would be more tempting to make the trip if we were to meet some faces behind the keyboards, and see the cars as well. The show would just be sideline! For me, its a long way!!
Of course we would all have to work to a deadline......builders and manufacturers!

So, that gives me two months. I'd better get on with it then...

Looks like you are just a lick of paint and an MoT away from being finished (as much as any kit car is ever truely finished).

So there is a "bit" of interest.
I'm in the same boat (pun intended) as Nick, as it is a heck of a trek for me up from Somerset.
But i would like to go in the Big Red Car and camp over one night if i can get it back together and running right in time. But if not then i'll try and pop up on at least one of the days to nosey at the bit-s-n-bobs, take photos and stand around advising people why their cars would never get through the TUV (sorry couldn't resist! )

Yes indeed, I am at the stage of a bit of final fettling and a couple of coats of paint before it's ready for the road.
Now the weather's warming up I should be done within a month, although I seem to remember thinking that in March 2012...
