Tax disk looks well but draws the attention to the bmw badge. Is that on the windscreen glass?

Yep its on the windscreen glass, I might have a look to see what can be done about that, either fill in the 2 clear parts of BMW badge with something black so it looks like a little shield or, see if it can be removed in some way, without damaging or replacing the screen

Wet and dry should get that off no problem.

Just heard some gossip
Evidently there is a Daytona shell sat on a BMW Z4 at DNA's workshop
Your dreams may have come true, but at what price?

You've just made my day. There is a 5.3 Jag Daytona on Ebay at the moment. No bids and reserve not met at 20K.
A Daytona on a Z3 or Z4 makes very good sense.

It wouldn't happen to be a coupe, would it?
Holding my breath at this end....

Stupid way to advertise a car. Starting price should be the reserve, at least that way everyone knows where they stand. Would you travel all the way to Scotland to see a car that you have no idea on theist of?
Reserve could be £20001 or £40K.
Waste of time

Find the ebay reserve simply by placing a silly high price in this case £200000.
The price will jump straight to the reserve say £25k . You can then retract your bid saying you bid the wrong amount. Takes about a minute all in.

You cant do that because you also need someone else bidding close to the reserve.

The price will jump straight to the reserve price unless Ebay have changed their systems very recently. Give it a go !

Think your wrong there. Bids only go up in certain increments. You need 2 bidders.

Sorry but not keen. I think the paintwork is just too good to put numbers on, ok on an old racer but not on a pristine grand tourer.
Interior looks great. Well, the interior looks great apart from the seats. Why don't you buy MrToads Rover seats from him? I could help you out by taking your old seats from you, I know, I'm just nice like that

Hi, yes thought numbers might split opinion, also part of greater plan and they are easily removed.
regarding rover seats, 'been there and done that' see: http://www.madabout-kitcars.com/foru...9567#post69567 sorry sticking with Originals...

Worth a go! The sports seats you have look so much better than the boring basic ones that I have.

Beautiful car indeed.
I prefer without the numbers but hey each person is different. Love the interior and wheels too.
So prefer these recreations without the Beemer roll bars
And the pics are wicked - especially the first one.

Nice to know the numbers come off, not really a racing car...
