Default Day out to Trax, Silverstone

Did the 220 mile round trip with a recovery truck. Did not manage track action tickets sold out ages ago) or 0-60 times.

But did manage a power run and Heath check. 303.9 BHP and about 280 ft lb of torque. Only change is rollers and better chargecooler setup from the 298 power run. Next aim. Beat the M3 power of 323. Should be a tweek of boost pressure. When I'm more used to the car.

Tunnelling was good as well. Roar, dump valve and popping and banging at 4:30 in the morning.

Good to hear the car treated you well. I presume you meant "without a recovery truck"?

I bumped into John Cooper and Dave Gallop at Hullavington yesterday.

Yes sorry John. Without a recovery truck.

Got a good drive and getting used to the power and handling more and more. Getting some confidence with car again. Been getting better and better since suspension upgrade. With recon rack and and new steering wheel surprisingly, has made a world of difference as well.

Was good to drive and cheese off a 911 driver.
