Hi David, yes and no! I butchered the marlin dash with the angle grinder not really thinking about it fully at the time if I'm honest! Just did not want under any circumstances the rover dials (and the bungee thingy jobby holding them in)
Anyway it was a lot more work than I expected having not much experience with fiberglass but basically cut of the marlin pinnacle and made a new one which is lower! I new which dials I wanted so could make it to fit them hence the clevage.
The pod which is now complete is (as is) in most sports cars fully removable and a completly separate entity held in place with 4 bolts same as all lotuse's which has proved very handy already connecting all the wires underneath
hope this hepls! I had to make quite a few alterations to the main dash aswell to accomodate the pod and my 4 air vents

It was modelled on a builders arse but I could arrange an introduction if you would like
