Default Windshield replacement

Today when on the highway I tilted the sunroof, and suddenly a water drops landed on the dashboard. After observation, it looks like my seal has become brittle and loose. The water drops were the washing liquid I used while driving. An open sunroof creates a vacuum and draws water past the windshield seal.
So It's time for a new windshield.... anyway here in AZ I know these two SunTec Windshield Replacement of Mesa, Arizona and Prolite Windshield Repair of Mesa. Does anyone have any ideas about them?
Thanks

I have used Prolite before. No opinion on SunTec.
This was years ago when living in AZ
