Default Mk2 rear suspension

No doubt all the builders will have got an email from Terry in the past couple of months, advertising the (what I’ll term) mk2 rear “fully adjustable” suspension.

Having just spoken to Mark about it, to establish the compatibility with the existing calipers / discs, from what I could grasp, the new setup uses a radially mounted caliper, and a 260mm disc. So in jist if you’ve currently got a standard rover 240mm or 260 mm rear setup, this won’t fit straight on to the later hub / upright.

Shame really, as I’d have been tempted had they made it backwardly compatible.

Cheers.

The odd thing, is that at Stoneleigh the Blue 5EXi-R had powder coated mk2 rear suspension on it, along with a boggo sliding caliper........

Makes me wonder if Mark understood my question - I'll wait until Llandow, and ask further. I'm not in a rush.
