I've just used Tiger Seal. It's worked very well.

Hello,
i finally bought some Terroson 5065.
Quite expensive, around 140 € for 3 tubes !!
So , now the kit is drilled
I still have to clean the paint and i hope to glue it at the end of the week
if it's not too cold.

Rear is bonded
Hello,
today was a great day : i bonded the rear
I applied the bonding agent Teroson 5065
it was quite liquid.
I applied it to all the part where i had clean to metal and applied more just before placing the rear.
A few rivets later and now i have to wait 2 or 3 days for it to cure completly.

Color choice
Hello,
the build is going on slowly.
But, time is coming to think about the color of the car.
I was thinking in a very dark red, but i couldn't find the right colour (too dark or too red...)
but yesterday i saw a new Ford Fiesta in Ford Bohai Bay Mint.
That's completely different, but I really love that colour. there is a colour quite the same for the Fiat 500, but the Ford seems to be the one for my Mx250.
Still a few month before sparying the car , so i have time to think about it....

No need for it, mine has it removed but my son has his fitted. It may help with directing air under the car and hence help cooling.

Gerardo – Sorry for the delay, but I’ve finally got around to adding your build to the ‘Useful Info’ thread.
The idea of using that ‘Mint’ colour is an interesting one.
I think it could help to ‘age’ the car and there were certainly old Ferraris painted in pastel colours.
Good luck, Paul.

Fuel tank
Hello,
I finally connected the fuel tank to the new fuel filler neck.
There is the second small diameter pipe coming out of the tank.
I suppose that this is the breather.
How do you handle it?
Can in close it (my new fuel filler is vented)?

I connected it to some clear petrol pipe with a push fitting. I the drilled the top bend and epoxyed a rivnut to it which allowed me to attach the pipe to it, I simply used a small cable tie to hold it on. This is on the Z3 but I would expect a very similar setup on the MX5. fuel7 by jaguartvr, on Flickr

One more question :
what type of rubber seal are you using to avoid water and air coming over the windows ?
