Default Brand New Rover T Series Cylinder Heads

Gents just browsing ebay looking for a VVC cylinder head and came across these two items:

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Rover-800-T-Se...QQcmdZViewItem

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Rover-800-T-Se...QQcmdZViewItem

Both brand new (or so the seller says). Ideal for you Turbo guys.

I have a brand new turbo cylinder head with new valves that I bought when I was undecided on turbo or type-r...

It's fully ported, polished and gas flowed plus all the valves have been re-worked for maximum power

Where did you get this from Craig???
Have you used it...?
I know of a few "dodgy" sources of cylinder heads..

I've got a head here... Not brand new mind...
Needs a proper DVA or Scholar job on it and a nice new set of valves...

Hi,

Yes I still have the head/cam carrier John (Marlin turbo) has first refusal as he contacted me a while ago about it but if he's not interested then it's up for grabs...details below!

The head is brand new along with new cam carrier as per photos, It was purchased off the Rover production line along with about 4 others and all work was carried out by Flow passage control who now sell on ebay under the same name but without the spaces flowpassagecontrol!

You can research them yourself but they have alot of experience in heads and what decided it for me when I spoke to them was all the work they had done for a couple of teams in the BTCC!

Although they sell mainly used heads they can supply new ones and the t-series heads they sold earlier this year were all new.

I hope the photos are ok for you but you can't really see the detail of the work in a photo...basically all ported and fully gas flowed/polished new valves (seated) even the in around the valves is ported and polished! They informed me that the head was fastroad/race spec and would get a good improvement in bhp/torque and the engine would rev a lot more freely

I paid £340 for the head and I will not sell it for anything less than £300 I would rather it sit in the garage! (I tend to hoard parts)

If anyone needs photos please let me know

Craig
