It is indeed mine, over four thousand views and 202 watchers. Have a feeling it won't sell this time round though, I'll list it in the Kit car section next time with a Buy it Now price. Not that bothered but now I've decided to sell 'd like it to go. Certainly be a bargain for someone who couldn't be bothered with the build

Why are people selling up at the moment . Probably the worst time of year to sell a sports car of any type. Seems there are a number of people on here who have gone to a lot of trouble to build only to sell on now they're only just finished .

I don't think it much matters when you sell this type of car, a kit car attracts a different group of people to the normal sports car. Some people will naturally think they're getting a bargain because of the time of year, I've never really noticed much difference. One thing I have noticed it's always harder to sell a car than it is to buy one. I'm selling for numerous reasons, health, garage space, lost a bit of interest once done, money would be handy etc etc

Could be some people like myself enjoy building the cars as much as driving them?

You are right , I'll have my 1949 Triumph Roadster up for sale as soon as its finished . I hope to have it ready by March / April ( by then a two year restoration ! )which is and has always been the best time to sell a classic type car. I have most success at this time of year without a doubt.
I'll be placing my 250 SWB right after , I like building too !
I've had most fun with cars when I've been active in the owners clubs , with classics , kitcars and when racing.

Anyone thinking of going to the LeMans Classic next year ??
