The perfect answer to what to do with those leftover Z3 panels.
There are 2 MX5s in my road to sell them to. And my b-in-law. And my wife's boss. And a few in the car park at work.

I think even other hairdressers would find an MX5 wearing Z3 panels a bit effete.

I know they sold well but the Z3 isn't exactly what I'd call a pretty car. The 250swb route is definitely the kindest thing to do to one.

The latest rumour I've heard is that Chris plans to offer Z3 kits conversions based on the Lancia D24 and D25 race cars.

You can see the likeness:

Bet you can't wait for the conversion from a Lancia to a Triumph Herald.

A D-Type Jaguar based MX5 is next. It's the obvious solution to re-cycling.

For that particular conversion- in one word "POKE". With that lightweight V6, the thing must fly.

Which brings us back to what upgrade is available for a Z3 2.8 ???

Makes that cheap turbo & manifold look more attractive- do we know anyone who's done it that way?

Wonder if it's de rigeur to have two-eared spinners on the front and three-eared spinners on the back. never noticed that fashion before.
