I asked exactly the same question Steve.

It's an S1 screen. I got a replacement heated one. And windscreen company refused to fit it.

Has your's cracked then Steve? Mine did on the passenger side.

I also noticed that the windscreen is under a lot of stress trying to bend it, if you try and fit it into the dash groove with rubber at the bottom. I can't remember how it sat without rubber at the bottom.

John

No my screen is fine at the moment long may it last, no someone I know is building a 5EXI, and was concerned the screen did not fit very well. I poped round there this morning and laughed when I saw it, it fitted where it touched (sound familiar), nothing a few tubes of sealer wont fix.

Hi Gents,

Can anyone tell me where they are getting their heated screens from, how much they paid and what they are like?

I have seen some that are similar rear heated windows with big straight lines all the way across the screen, don't really fancy looking through one like that.

If I can find one that is like the modern Ford items I think I will give one a go and save myself some weight.

Any help/comments would be greatly appreciated.

Regards

Ben
