Concept NOVA
Hi my name is Chris and I'm in the notts area.
After years of designing (in my head) my ultimate concept car, I finally purchased a NOVA as the basis for this. This car was chosen as it had the desired proportions, at least the height anyway!
As I'm slightly old school, preferring the 70s and 80s styling of cars of low and wide, this played a major part in the styling of the car. That and the 'hot wheels' (remember those) I had as a kid. I also preferred it when cars were named after their height or engine displacement. My car is to be called 'Fenris 840', Fenris is a huge black wolf from Norse mythology and 840 refers to its width and height in inches (80" x 40"). It holds the number plate FNZ 840.
The car currently has a golf 1.8 gti engine (I'm thinking of replacing this with a small block air cooled V8, any suggestions?) As the car was running a few years ago I could keep this but it needs a little attention, as does the wiring.
